Carried out in Thailand
- Auditor training courses run by ITS HRD Centre
- Audits of clients in Thailand and neighbouring countries, performed by auditors appointed by the head office — several of them based in Thailand
- Attendance by an ITS auditor, as a guest, at a client's certificate award ceremony
- Enquiries and information in Thai, passed to the head office
Not carried out in Thailand
- Application review and contract review
- Certification decisions — every decision is made at the head office in Korea
- Issue or dispatch of certificates — certificates are approved in Korea and delivered from there
- Any office authorised to act on behalf of the certification body
