Why it matters
Keeping your qualification requires evidence that you are actually auditing. Renewal is assessed from this log.
When: After each audit
Go and record🤝 Consulting declarations
Declare any consulting you did in the past year — or declare that you did none.
Why it matters
Auditing a company you consulted for means checking your own work. We must know your consulting history so it can be screened out when assigning audits (ISO/IEC 17021-1 §5.2).
When: Once a year
Go and record🔒 Only you and our staff can see these records — other auditors cannot. You need to be signed in.
