1) A signed copy of the contract (계약서 날인본)
2) A signed copy of the application (신청서 날인본)
3) Copy of business licence (사업자 등록증 사본)
4) Organizaion chart including the number of employees (조직도 - 인원수 표기 포함)
5) Process chart (업무진행 순서 또는 제조 공정도)
6) HACCP plan (HACCP 계획서/목록표)_22000 신청시
7) Risk assessment document (위험성 평가 자료)_45001신청시
* In case application of transfer audit you have to attach below files.
If it is not submitted, it will proceed to the initial audit only.
